The Andi Apartments

I'm writing to express my disappointment regarding the Andi. Regrettably, several residents, including myself, have experienced package losses. Despite my request for the management team to review the camera footage, they have yet to take any action. Their response has suggested that we report the matter to the police. On one occasion, a staff member informed me that they had reviewed the camera footage, and the delivery person had delivered my package. This information leads me to believe that an individual with access to the package room may have been responsible for the theft. Consequently, I requested that the management team conduct a thorough investigation into this matter. However, a few days later, the same staff member contacted me again and requested delivery information, which I had already provided them a few times, to review the camera footage, which left me feeling confused and misled. I believe that they had not previously reviewed the camera footage at all. Unfortunately, this situation has caused me to question the effectiveness of the management team. As a long-term resident, I had expected a higher level of professionalism, accountability, and promptness in addressing residents' concerns. I'm writing to bring to your attention my concerns regarding the professionalism of the management team. Moreover, I'm disappointed that this apartment does not meet the standards of luxurious living. The materials used in the construction of the apartments are of low quality, and the minor details tend to break down easily.

On July 20, 2023, I was wfh and 30 times fire alarms sounded in the morning, seriously affecting my work and causing my dog to go insane. I know you want to test the fire alarm, but the method of testing the fire alarm for andi is to test it one by one, so I heard it no less than 30 times in a morning. This is a vulnerability in your building system. I also had to test the alarm in the apartment I used to live in, but the test ended in one go. 30 alerts in one morning, both my dog and I were mentally weakened

I’ve lived at the Andi for about 2 years now and I’m genuinely happy here! From the 2bed, 2bath & walk in closet to the numerous amenities, totally made the move to Andi worth it. Andi is perfectly placed in the newly renovated South Bay Plaza. I love that almost everything I could want and need is within a 5minute walk from my front door. The shared facilities like the lounge, game room, pool and gym are always clean and I love to invite my friends and family over to hang out. Almost everyone in the community, especially the staff, have been pleasant. Chad Green, from the leasing office has been so amazing to me. He’s very resourceful. He has me out in so many ways, I can’t Thank him enough!! He’s a great person and really looks out for his tenants. ANDi It’s perfect new home!!! I’d definitely recommend it! 5 Stars!!!!

I wish I could give zero stars. A package has been lost and it was reported to the staff. We verified that the package was indeed delivered so we assume that this package was stolen. When this was brought to the attention of the staff at Andi, we were faced with nothing but rudeness and excuses. They told us that this is not their responsibility. When asked them to review the security footage, they told us that the camera is broken. I wish this was only our unit's problem but there have been multiple incidences of theft in our building. Instead of being defensive and being rude to the residents of the building, perhaps the staff needs to understand our standpoint. They should all undergo re-training if they all lack this empathy.

I have lived here for about 3 years now and it has been a great experience, very quiet building and neighborhood with lots of places to eat and shop at close by. The leasing office staff are extremely helpful I always recommend The Andi to all my friends and classmates and they agree. Chad and Shannon are always here to help and answer my numerous questions!
